Wii Fit was a great intro into exercise for many people. Now Wii Fit Plus has more added features making fitness fun and entertaining.
Wii Fit Plus was created to help the older generations get involved in the Nintendo burn calories. Made in Japan it has received accolaids amongst the United States with the Wii Sports. They are not just any sport games but require a lot of activity and movement. They also require physical skill and technique. In the golf game, for example one must have a keen eye and line the shot well or you will find yourself far into the rough. Young and old alike have enjoyed these games but now, the older adults are playing their own game. Wii Fit Plus is one of the most sought after games of the season.
Wii Fit Plus is just as popular as the Wii Fit but a lot more. Smart marketing by Nintendo this Wii Fit Plus edition was released just in time for Thanksgiving. Cleverly, it had a complete menu set up with lists of calories, and an entire database of various foods, and how long they could work out on the Wii Fit Plus to burn those calories.
This new fitness “game” can calculate your BMI, your ideal weight, and exercise routine. It seems to make it fun and enjoyable with such games as the “Turkey Burn” or “Bird’s Eye Bull’s Eye, Hula Hoop and Rhythm Boxing”. This helps take the eyes off of the work out issues and makes the fun predominant.
Other challenges are called “Island Cycling, Driving Range, Ski Slalom, Penguin Slide, Snowball Fight, Ski Jump” and more. Slower paced games include the “Rhythm” games such as boxing, parade and Kung-Fu.
Wii Fit Plus is slower paced as compared to some of the aggressive games Wii provides and the Wii and Wii Fit all work together. In fact, it can come with or without the Balance Board if you already have it.
Wii Fit Plus is an excellent choice for your exercise routine and your games. It may just be the hottest gift item available this year!
